Likely causes

  • User not on the allow-list
  • token wrong
  • another process polls the same bot

Check

  • Check ALLOWED_TELEGRAM_IDS.
  • Check that one instance runs.
  • Read the log..

When to ask for help

If the fix does not work after one restart.
